Refund Policy

For Demo Purposes, most items are Final Sale. If an item arrives Damaged or Defective, contact us within 7 Days of Delivery with your Order Number and Photos so we can assist.

Return Eligibility
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all hardware.
  • Final Sale items and Personalized items are not eligible.
Return Process
  1. Email with your Order Number and Photos.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization and Instructions if eligible.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will confirm your Refund status by Email.
